Normally, by this time, I have done all of my Christmas shopping, the tree is up, the stockings are hung, and I'm anxiously awaiting the big day. This year I have yet to do any of the above. Even so, I am in the spirit. Yesterday when Reese got home from school I surprised her with a candy cane manicure. I saw the idea and thought it would be fun. We both love the way it turned out.
And last night we also had our annual ding dong ditch from good old Eric the Elf. He left a little treat for the kids and reminded them to be on their best behavior. We are all anxious to see what he has in store for us this year. It'll be hard to top all of the craziness he's brought with him in years past.
