We have been blessed with gorgeous weather for weeks now. We have tried hard to take advantage of it. This year we joined "Centennial Beach" which is the Midwest version of a beach. It's really a pool with a huge sandpit on site. Hey, we aren't complaining. At least we have a way to beat the heat!
Nothing better than a frozen drink in the sunshine while watching your husband teach your little girl how to ride a long board. These are the days....
We are so lucky to have Heather and Eric down the street. Unfortunately our busy lives really get in the way of being able to see each other as much as we'd like. We were so happy to have a night out, just the four of us, to celebrate my 35th birthday. We had a great time, per usual.
