New Year, New Baby

2009 is finally here. I was very relieved to have said goodbye to '08 for many reasons. I'm ready to move forward and most of all to meet our newest family member. My c-section is scheduled for 5 weeks from today, February 5th. I have a very strong feeling that I could go into labor before then. I'm so uncomfortable and have had so many Braxton Hicks these past couple of weeks. I had it so easy while pregnant with Reese. This time has been such an opposite experience. He has changed position on a daily basis and when he kicks or stretches it looks like he is going to poke through my skin. It's crazy! 35 more days......I think I can, I think I can, I think I can. I love keeping up with family and friends via blogs so I am going to give this a shot. We'll see if I'm any good at updating once baby boy Branton arrives. Until then.......
