Another Week Bites The Dust

We've made it through five weeks! Just when I think I can't possibly get through another day on no sleep he gives me a good night. I feel so rejuvenated today. He did awesome last night and has actually been sleeping for most of today. Dare I say growth spurt? I wouldn't doubt it. He is such a little joy. You look at him and can't help but smile. He really is a sweet baby. He rarely gets fussy (so far anyway) and just goes with the flow. I'm not the type to stay holed up inside so it's a good thing that he is easy going and travels well. I have him in and out of his car seat quite a bit. Here is a photo from today. Isn't he precious?

The other day I played a mean trick on Reese. I was changing his diaper and she kept asking me if it stunk. I told her "no, it smells like flowers this time!". She came over and took a gigantic whiff of his diaper. It was pretty bad....the kind that gives you watery eyes. Anyway, today I was taking a video. I was trying to catch him pushing out a toot. It shouldn't have been hard to do since he toots about 100 times a day. It's so funny to see Reese's reaction to it because she laughs SO hard! Why are bodily functions so funny? Well, homegirl tried to beat me at my own game. I have to admit, she is good! Here it is: And speaking of bathroom humor....I was able to catch Reese rocking out on the toilet today. Unfortunately you're going to get a crink in your neck trying to watch it because I recorded it sideways. If Ellen doesn't pick her video she should totally start her own bathroom concert series. She certainly has enough material to put on a good show! Here is my little drama queen:

I wish I could have taped a little bit longer. The ending rocked! But as you can hear in the background, Talan wasn't having it. Although he ate 20 minutes prior, he was ready for seconds.

Here's to the week winding down and coming to an end! I'm so ready for the weekend....which means I'm only a couple of days away from my parents being back in town. I can't wait!!!! Thanks for reading.
