This morning she woke up like it was Christmas morning. Her door flew open and she started screaming "I feel better!!!!". It brought a tear to my eye. Her temp has been 100 or below all day today and she is back to her perky, sassy self. The incubation period for H1N1 is 7 days so to be safe we are going to stick around the house until Wednesday. Four days to go before we know if any of the rest of us will come down with that nasty bug. So far, so good.
Kevin is on his way to the airport now to pick up his Dad. He's flying in to help us with our gigantic to-do list. We are so grateful to have him here but worried at the same time. I have hand sanitizers, Lysol sprays, bleach wipes, etc. all over the house so I'm praying we can keep him healthy. I feel sick just thinking about the germs that are hanging out all over this house. Off to sanitize something.....anything.....everything.
I hope everyone is staying healthy! Rya had the flu, then Larry got it and then I got it. I was sanitizing EVERY day! I think I got sanitizing elbow. :) In the end, we were put on Tamiflu. If you or Kevin or Kevin's dad start showing signs, ask for it! It's a lifesaver. They don't give it to children though. Rya just had to wait it out. xxoo
