Here Comes the Bride

I'm going to stop boring you with the details of my nights & Talan's schedule. I am pretty certain that after 3 weeks of consistency we can expect the once-a-night between 10 & 6 deal. Reese actually woke up more than he did last night (twice!). Speaking of Reese....remember that friendly advice I shared with you a few days ago? Well, #4 is in full effect. It's so hard to explain but she is super cute and super annoying all at once! She's only trying to help out most of the time but it's enough to drive me insane. When he coos or makes any kind of noise she refers to it as "humming". "Mooooooooooom, Talan is humming!". As far as Reese is concerned, whenever Talan "hums" it means he's hungry. He hums a lot which means she is constantly telling me how hungry he is. She's also taken to calling him "Bud" or "Buddy" and mixing in a "Tal" here or there. In between screaming about how hungry he is she's up in his face saying "It's okay Buddy", "Shhhh, Bud, I know you're hungry", "Tal, Tal, Tal, Tal, hush Tal, it's okay Tal, don't cry Tal". If he's not completely quiet you can count on Reese playing the concerned big sister role. Again, super cute but it grinds the nerves when you hear it all...day...long.

She made me laugh on the way to school today (which we were once again early for. 3rd in line....woot!). She obsesses about getting married (see photo proof below) and having a baby of her own. As usual, she was talking to me about her baby (it's going to be a girl) and she made this comment: "When I get big and meet my prince and my baby girl is borned'ed, I'm going to let her eat my boobies. When she eats my boobies I am going to be brave like you and I'm going to be so polite when I say 'ouch, that hurts!' to the baby when she's eating". I was laughing so hard I thought I was going to wet my pants. When she's not driving me nuts, she's making me laugh. You've gotta love that kid!
