He was a little trooper last night. I'd had about 3 hours of sleep in a 24+ hour stretch so I was exhausted last night. I thought for sure that he'd be up throughout the night and that I'd never get to sleep. He surprised me! He slept first for a four hour stretch. I heard him stirring and decided to feed him before he could start crying to let me know. After that he slept for another three hours and this time I had to wake him up to feed him.
He is back getting a hearing test right now. I've been given the "all clear" by my doctor so now we're just waiting for the pediatrician to come by and take one last look at Tal before we can take him home. This morning I was feeling like I would never catch up on sleep but now that we are so close to being released I have a second wind and can't wait walk out of the front doors. Unless, of course, that massage therapist is nearby........in which case I wouldn't mind waiting a little bit longer :)
Stay tuned for more pictures!
