Last night was our January dinner club get together. The hosts decided on an 80's theme. We had such a good time
reminiscing! After dinner we sat around the table doing 80's movie & music trivia. So much fun.
I pulled out my pearly pink lipstick and blue eyeshadow and channeled myself 20 years ago. The result was scary.
Unfortunately we couldn't recreate Kevin's mullet and Sun-In dyed hairdo. Tacky outfits and frizzy hair aside, the food was fantastic (per usual):

Main Course ~ Beef tenderloin

Balsamic glazed butternut squash
Dessert ~ Pop rock strawberry lime cheesecake (the crust was made of graham and pop rocks!)
Everything was delicious! I always look so forward to dinner club. Good times and great food....can't go wrong.
