Slow Year

Nothing fun or exciting to post these past couple of days. We've really soaked up this last weekend before we are back to the daily grind. Reese and I left the house for couple of hours yesterday to go skating and today we left only to have lunch. We stayed in PJs until we left and changed back into them when we walked in the door. It was great! I've been the Queen of Frump-a-lot for two weeks and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. School starts tomorrow and so does my mission to get back into shape and to live a healthier lifestyle. These all-you-can-eat pants I've lived in over the break are dunzo. I'll miss them but not as much as I'm missing the 10 pairs of jeans that I still can't squeeze into. Talan will be a year old in one short month so I decided to stop nursing at the start of the year. It's been two days and so far, so good. He's been on whole milk for about a month now so I've been prepping for this. Boring post but that about sums up our weekend....boring. I'm not complaining! Loved every minute of it.
