Julliard Bound

Once again I have slacked in the blogging department. Here is your quick recap of the past couple of days (because you care). Yesterday Reese had Superhero Day at camp. I made her a costume. She was on Team Yellow so her cape said both that and Super Reese on it and had a big sparkling Y on it. She looked pretty cool....don't you think? The week ended with today's big performance. The kids were all so cute. Reese had been practicing all week long so we were very anxious to see her in action. She surprised us a bit and was a little shy when it came time to say her line. She did, however, dance her little heart out and made Mama so proud! She's too cute for words. Her she is on the mic saying her line: "And then, the pep rally will be ruined forever!" And afterwards. We will not show up at a performance without flowers. We know better!

Here is a little clip from one of the songs they did. Why they put a kid who is at least a foot taller than her right in front of her is beyond me. I was practically on the lap of the lady next to me trying to get a video and pictures. This is the best I could do: This is going to be a short one. We're off to say our goodbyes to my parents. They are heading out at the break of dawn tomorrow morning. This week has been long and busy so I'm more than ready to crawl into bed and call it a night. Thanks for reading!
